Your role
To complete all Level 2 service delivery tasks for SeaRates as per standard operating procedures (SOP) and key performance indicators (KPI).
Your responsibilities
-To complete all specified Level 2 service delivery tasks as instructed.
-To escalate issues as required via standard operating procedures.
-To complete other ad-hoc tasks of a level 2 nature as requested by Section Leader.
Who we are looking for
Specialists need to be comfortable with systems and a high volume of daily tasks. They need to be time sensitive and able to multi-task. They need to demonstrate a customer focus mindset in everything that they do on a daily basis.
