The HR Transformation offering (HRT) transforms the way HR enables the business and the workforce. From the creation of HR strategy using our leading Oracle-enabled HR Transformation labs, the application of design thinking that allows HR to challenge how work gets done today, to navigating the ever-evolving HR technology landscape to determine the right digital solutions to enable transformation, our HR Transformation practice is focused on helping HR take the lead.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's degree required.

5 years of workday/consulting or equivalent experience

2 years of professional experience, preferably through a large consulting firm

Experience leading/contributing to at least 1 full life cycle Workday Talent and Performance implementation.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.

Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations.

Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project trave.
