What You’ll Be Doing:

Own the tax function – Oversee compliance, filings, and reporting for federal, state, and local taxes.

Drive efficiency – Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline tax operations.

Support business growth – Advise leadership on tax strategies, impact of regulatory changes, and financial implications.

Collaborate cross-functionally – Work with accounting, finance, and external auditors to ensure smooth tax operations.

Stay ahead of tax laws – Monitor legislation changes and ensure the company remains compliant while optimizing tax positions

Oversee and manage the entire Tax Vertical

Handle all aspects of federal and state/local taxes

Ensure compliance with all tax regulations

Conduct annual income tax provision

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 10+ years of tax experience, ideally in both corporate and public accounting.

✔️ CPA or Master’s in Taxation preferred.

✔️ Excellent leadership skills – ability to manage processes, guide decision-making, and influence strategy.

✔️ A proactive, problem-solving mindset – always looking for ways to improve.
