Integra is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst - International to fill an open position within its Tax Group located at its world headquarters in Princeton, NJ. The ideal candidate will join a collaborative, high performing team, and will work on a wide variety of projects. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, collaborative mindset, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks are essential for success.
The Senior Tax Analyst - International will be primarily responsible for the international aspects of the Company’s consolidated U.S. Corporation Income Tax Return. The position will also assist with tax audits, tax provisions and various other projects as assigned. The position may also participate in a diverse range of international tax research and planning projects, including transfer pricing, foreign tax credit, and Pillar 2 planning projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare international forms related to the Company’s U.S. Corporation Income Tax Return and related analytics.
Prepare forms for FBAR, , FATCA, and 1042 submissions.
Prepare international calculations for tax provision purposes, including Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, PTEP, and foreign tax credit utilization.
Prepare responses to IRS audit queries and assist with foreign audits.
Prepare and maintain tax attributes of CFCs such as earnings & profits and tax basis.
Monitor tax legislative developments and determine tax impact on the Company’s foreign operations.
Partner with local Controllers and outside advisors to ensure that corporate tax returns and payments for assigned foreign affiliates are timely filed and made.
Provide assistance to identify and implement tax planning strategies.
Research tax issues for planning and compliance purposes and draft memoranda to support and document conclusions.
Initiate and assist in the implementation of departmental process improvements utilizing key technologies such as Excel, Alteryx, and Power BI.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA, Master’s in Tax or other advanced degree a plus
At least 5 years of progressive experience in either public accounting and/or private industry with at least 3 years focused on international tax matters. Manufacturing experience a plus
Experience with automation toolsets such as Alteryx and Power BI, direct tax software such as OneSource, preferred as well as experience with consolidation systems (e.g. Oracle, Cognos, Hyperion, OneStream) a plus
Knowledge of US GAAP and US tax rules, and "hands-on" experience with US international tax concepts and calculations
Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Collaborative work ethic and ability to work in a team-oriented culture
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI
Good working knowledge of OneSource/Insource RS preferred.
0-10% travel required (will vary dependent upon company activity)
