Core Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the Global Strategic Sourcing Supplier Risk Management Program.
Assess standards outlined in our program, policies, processes, and workflows, as well as technology effectiveness; gather requirements, identify patterns, look for trends or areas for improvement, propose data driven solutions; developing actionable steps that will cultivate acceptance, increase operational efficiency, decrease risk, optimizing supplier enablement and compliance results.
Lead Supplier Risk program deliverables including regulatory obligations and reporting, internal and external activities.
In collaboration with other team members on the GSS Supplier Risk & Compliance Team, develop, administer, and manage comprehensive, targeted, in-depth supplier risk assessments including many complex risk domains, evaluate results, report findings, and manage corrective or management action plans (internal and supplier).
Proactively build excellent working relationships and partner closely with cross-functional teams, and suppliers, to accomplish goals and OKRs; embed a superior customer service attitude.
Develop and deliver training on supplier risk management.
Contribute to efforts of enhancing and streamlining end-to-end source-to-pay processes related to supplier risk management. Leading where applicable.
Manage multiple tasks, projects, and timelines with a sense of urgency and ownership combined with ad-hoc projects related to Global Strategic Sourcing Governance and transformation activities.
Create, manage, and disseminate timely communication.
Balance priorities, collaborate with leadership and positively motivate teams in a high growth, agile environment while supervising key performance indicators.
Identifying gaps, measuring progress, and balance stakeholder needs.
Continuously evaluate to ensure supplier risk requirements adhere to all global, regulatory, systems security and data governance, handling, privacy, deletion, and management commitments.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
7+ years of professional experience with internal & third-party risk and/or Strategic Sourcing Contract Negotiations.
5+ years of program management experience.
Experience with supply chain risk management tools and software.
Experience with source to pay technology, processes and workflow development.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Comprehensive knowledge in Strategic Sourcing, Third Party Risk Management methodologies and risk mitigation principles and ability to negotiate terms & conditions in supplier agreements.
Experience managing multiple major and concurrent projects/programs executed through multiple geographic locations.
Data privacy, supplier business continuity, compliance, regulatory obligation management.
Efficient in assessing out of the box TPRM solutions, understanding where gaps reside versus what can be configurable to enable a delightful user experience.
Demonstrated ability to effectively develop, implement, manage, and continuously improve program initiatives and maintain project timelines.
Ability to take ownership, work with tight timelines, quickly adapt to shifting priorities and demands, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, influencing across the enterprise while delivering with a customer first focus.
Proficient in providing consult, insight and guidance related to Third Party Risk Management requirements.
Communicates in a clear, concise, and timely manner and operates effectively as a team player.
Progressive yet practical approach to Strategic Sourcing, focused on unlocking value and improving service.
Personable and credible - ability to build productive working relationships across global teams; internal cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
Lead discussions with varying levels of leadership and embrace difficult conversations with ease!

The pay range for this role is $123,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
