　　Where the chemistry happens…

　　As a member of the Monomers, North America (CMN) Supply Chain team, you will be the supply chain representative to the regional and global IT service platforms to identify, design, and drive implementation of digital / IT solutions for our business needs. As Senior Specialist Business Expert, you will have significant responsibility for the development, implementation, and optimization of processes and systems use by CMN and in coordination with Monomers (CM) globally. This is either a hybrid role which will work at the Geismar, LA, or Freeport, TX, or Wyandotte, MI site at least 3 days per week and remotely up to 2 days per week, or possibly fully remote, depending on the candidate’s qualifications. Travel, up to 25%, should be expected.

　　As a Senior Specialist Business Expert, you create chemistry by…

　　Leading systems (SAP, OMP) changing management, including but not limited to changing request processes, business release rollouts, upgrades, and conversions, among CMN communities from different workstreams, such as PLN, MFG, P2P, OTC, SL, TM, WM, QM and NCM.

　　Analyzing, assessing, and communicating the changes, and designing, performing, and coordinating User Acceptance and Regression Testing to minimize impacts to CMN business.

　　Leading and influencing others, drive results, ensuring system and processing integration, and providing functional expertise and guidance to deliver sustainable solutions.

　　Performing key functional support with a strong focus in Planning, Manufacturing, and Procurement.

　　Collaborating with business partners and processing area owners to gather business requirements and recommend solutions.

　　Resolving technical and processing issues involving different workstreams and applications.

　　Coordinating IT access rights for CMN.

　　If you have...

　　Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management.

　　7+ years of experience as a SAP functional consultant on complex projects and various SAP modules, including PP and MM.

　　SAP R/3 and S/4 HANA experience, and proficiency in additional modules such as SD, LE, TM, WM, QM, is a plus.

　　Experience with Integrated Planning software, preferably OMP Unison Planning and in IT tool implementation and project management in a manufacturing environment, preferably process industry.

　　Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.

　　Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, meet deadlines and to work well independently and in a team environment.

　　Certifications in Supply Chain such as APICS and/or SAP ERP would be beneficial.

　　Proficient in BI tools such as Power BI, Analysis, or similar platforms and proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Teams
