About Sr. ServiceNow CSM Developer

  Capgemini is seeking a ServiceNow CSM Developer with extensive technical and hands-on experience that includes a strong track record of successful deployments for external customers.

  As a Platform Developer, you will design, configure, script, and be responsible for the technical solution on the ServiceNow CSM in order to ensure a successful deployment for our customers. You will work closely with the Platform Architect to refine ServiceNow platform requirements (Stories), and complete the development of the agreed upon solution.

  The ideal candidate will demonstrate their extensive scripting capabilities in one or more of the common languages used by ServiceNow, including Java, HTML, Angular, etc..

  · Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow development experience, as documented above

  Implement and Configure a broad range of ServiceNow Applications, such as CSM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, SecOps, GRC, and Employee Center

  Design / Develop ServiceNow Tables, Fields, Forms and Access Controls

  · Strong knowledge with crafting Business Rules, ACL’s, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Catalog Forms, etc.

  Use JavaScript to develop solutions for requirements that can not be satisfied through configuration

  Troubleshoot and repair common configuration issues

  Create Scoped Applications using Studio

  Automate activities on the ServiceNow platform using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine

  Build data sets and transform maps for importing data from other sources into ServiceNow

  · Deep technical knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with external systems, such as AD, SSO, SCCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Jira, etc. using JDBC, REST, SOAP, Integration Hub.

  Document all technical work for purposes of knowledge transferAdditional Qualifications:

  · Minimum 3 years IT related experience

  · CSA Certification required

  · ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification is a plus

  · External Client consulting experience highly preferred

  · Experience working in an Agile development environment is strongly preferred

  · Experience leading and advising multiple projects simultaneously.
