Job Description

　　A major medical technology company is seeking a Product Security Engineer to establish process excellence and assessment criteria for security by design testing on product development projects. This individual will utilize available corporate resources with expertise in security engineering, architecture, penetration testing, incident response, and program management. They will be responsible for implementing and automating common cybersecurity tools/processes across business units, including documentation, training programs, and effectiveness metrics reporting. They will also be a significant contributor to cybersecurity tooling strategy and maturity metrics, tracking the effectiveness of tooling and training and the resulting reductions in cybersecurity risk. This individual must be technically adept with security controls to give guidance in terms of design and implementation.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　4+ years of security engineering experience within the product development space

　　Experience as a software development team member contributing to large-scale product development projects

　　3+ years of experience with software automation tools, CI/CD pipeline, and Secure DevOps

　　3+ years of experience developing requirement design details and implementing cybersecurity controls for new and legacy products.

　　Bachelors degree or higher in software or systems engineering, or a related technical discipline. - Product security experience in the automotive, financial, or medical field

　　Security certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CCSP

　　Cybersecurity experience preferably for hardware and software-based medical devices null
