　　We are seeking a motivated and organized student worker to join our team as an Office Assistant. This role supports the Workforce Equity Initiative ( WEI ) grant project. The ideal candidate will assist in administrative tasks, data management, and project support, contributing to the efficient operation of our grant-funded activities. Assist with general office duties including filing, photocopying. Assist in scheduling workshops and preparing as well as planning events. Conduct basic research as needed to support the WEI grant objectives. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

　　Required Qualification(s)

　　Strong Organizational skills and time-management skills.

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

　　Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

　　Keen attention to detail.

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

　　Desired Qualification(s)

　　Previous experience in an office environment. Familiarity with database management.

　　Monday – Friday 9am to 1pm. Flexible hours are permitted as well.
