The Sr. Project Infrastructure Manager is accountable to develop, lead and manage enterprise technology infrastructure projects.
This position is responsible for the full life-cycle of infrastructure project management, from
initiation through deployment, and for the successful delivery of key initiative outcomes that
achieve strategic and operational priorities. This position will work directly with senior
management, staff, third-parties/vendors and business stakeholders to ensure project
deliverables align with the applicable scope, timeline, budget quality and expected benefit. The Sr. Project Manager will manage the daily project activities and deliverables, across a diverse team of technology Team Members, to distill technical requirements into easily actionable deployment plans and ensure project dependencies and risks are properly tracked and
reported.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines ofbusiness and develop trusted adviser relationships with project and programstakeholders and sponsors. Develop and manage all aspects of project andprogram engagement from planning, external vendor relationships,communication, resources, budget, changes, risks and issues. Manage allaspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is alignedto and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives. Prepareestimates and detailed project plans, for all phases of the project, ensuringadequate resourcing to achieve project objectives, and within the plannedtimeframes. Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources, chair theproject management team meetings, and delegate tasks and responsibilitiesto appropriate Team Members. Ensure that projects and programs aredelivered according to a defined scope, schedule, budget and set of qualitymetrics. Manage project and program issues, risks and scope changes tomitigate impact to the approved baseline.Manage ongoing quality control, act as an internal quality control check forthe project, and participate in quality issue resolution. Report on projectstatus and success criteria results, milestones, metrics, dependencies, risksand issues, communicating across leadership. Monitor, track and controloutcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical pathdeliverables. Define the Statement of Work (SOW) and associated projectspecifications for the requested vendor goods and services.
Demonstrate functional acumen in the development and practical applicationof project and program management principles, methods and techniques.Develop project and program management practices, templates, policies,tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for theorganization. Continue professional development in order to keep up-to-dateof emerging technologies, methods and best practices.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirementsdocumentation and presentations to various audiences, including the projectteam, sponsors, senior leaders and other key stakeholders. Deliverappropriate and effective executive level communication, as required.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
Provide leadership by motivating and overseeing Team Members assigned toprojects to meet project goals, adhere to their responsibilities and projectmilestones. Establish and continually manage project and programexpectations while delegating and managing deliverables with TeamMembers and stakeholders. Coach, mentor and monitor project and programteams performance to contribute feedback.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
Minimum of 5 years of infrastructure project management experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment and full product lifecycle management and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle; including minimum of 3 years of project experience with network, datacenter and cloud infrastructure (e.g. Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or AWS).
Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve project objectives.
Strong leadership and communication (oral, written and presentation) skills, including the ability to influence without authority, and extensive experience presenting to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Ability to effectively lead virtual meetings and establish rapport with cross-functional teams.
Proficient with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
Strong organizational, attention to detail and follow-up skills.
10-15% travel may be required.
Preferred
Project Management Program (PMP), or other relevant certification.
Experience with digital and/or infrastructure transformation initiatives.
Experience in the Healthcare industry.
