You will own programs from ideation through launch and support multiple billion-dollar businesses. You will partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, engineers and applied scientist to deliver innovative compliance programs.We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager professional to lead multi-year programs from concept through execution. As AmazonFlex continues to scale, we will build new processes and tools to ensure compliance with laws wherever we operate. This Program Manager will work hand in hand with our Product Managers and Engineers to define and orchestrate work streams, timing, milestones, and communication plans. Compliance programs are rife with ambiguity, and we are looking for a leader who can embrace the challenge of solving complex problems that require consistent iteration and schedule refinement. This leader will facilitate the development of detailed project plans and timelines, ensure stakeholders are delivering to requirements, and drive leadership alignment and communication of our progress across teams.The successful candidate will have strong Program Management skills, be highly collaborative, globally minded and have a high level of customer focus. You should be a motivated self-starter that works well with others in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
