Sr. Program Manager

　　Hologic's R&D team supporting the Breast and Skeletal Health Division is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to drive the success of large multi-product, complex and technically challenging programs. As the Sr. Program Manager you will be responsible for monitoring a project from initiation through launch and will be responsible for organizing cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project.

　　What To Expect:

　　Own broad, complex New Program Introduction (NPI) programs.

　　Lead the program core team, ensure flawless interfaces and interdependencies between the functions, and hold the team accountable to their deliverables.

　　Establish program objectives including measurable goals and program scorecards.

　　Collaborate with Core Team to establish resources needed and budget to execute program commitments.

　　Author the Product Development Plan and ensure other functional planning documents are completed and up to date.

　　Establish program execution strategies to develop integrated cross functional schedule, identifying critical path, key risks, and dependencies.

　　Own risks, risk mitigations and risk management activities throughout the program cycle, ensure effective mitigations in place; monitor risks throughout the program; transfers documentation.

　　Utilize Design Control phase/ gate process to execute the program and adhere all applicable QMS process.

　　Facilitate phase gate exit readiness reviews and stage design reviews; demonstrate proper phase gate criteria for exit during gate reviews.

　　Prepare and present program status, provide escalation communications to key stakeholders as needed.

　　Own the standardization of policies, procedures and standards incorporating internal and industry best practices.

　　Expert in management of project risks, design control procedures, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, PPM tools, such as Smartsheet, Planview, and reporting dashboards.

　　Demonstrated success leading product development programs that delivered commercially successful products in a regulated industry.

　　Ability to simultaneously manage multiple large-scale projects in various lifecycle stages, balance priorities and provide support to multiple workstreams.

　　Experience in delivering global product introductions, with consideration of regional commercial collateral needs at to the satisfaction of the global regulatory landscape.

　　The annualized base salary range for this role is $128,800 - $214,700 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
