The Role:
Executive Strategic Programs (ESP) are cross-functional, cross-divisional, and are of significant magnitude and important to the execution of corporate business strategies and achievement of company objectives. As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead, organize, direct, manage, and control inter-related activities or multiple complex programs. You will also direct a program plan that involves more than 50 team members. In addition, you will lead program teams based on identification of needed expertise and requirements and direct the activities of project teams through other project managers.
What you’ll do:
Manages various technical programs through every stage of development, from idea to design to completion.
Coordinates work of and supports Project Developers, Designers, and outside vendor teams; develops schedules and assigns action items needing to be completed.
Develops new products and features to create new revenue sources and increase company profits.
Defines strategies and initiates and implements new programs that will create applications, products, and other projects to benefit iA.
Tracks and proposes solutions to technical issues, provides expertise to quickly resolve problems, and implements solutions for program problems as they arise.
Identifies technical impacts on the company as they relate to business requirements.
Participates in executive meetings and shares program and project progress and information with management executives and other professionals in the company.
Keeps projects on schedule and within budget, including cutting costs when needed.
Reviews and tests codes and designs to ensure that program goals are being met.
Budget responsibilities are based on project requirements.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 12 years' project management experience including at least one year program management experience
PMP certified or willingness to obtain your PMP certification within one year of position entry
Even better if you have:
Master’s degree in management
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively and be driven by group feedback
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet given deadlines
Close attention to detail, without losing sight of the bigger picture
High sense of personal accountability and self-motivation
Compensation:
The estimated base annual salary range for this position is $114,808.80 to $157,862.10, though a candidate's base annual salary shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience. This position may additionally be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
