About Sr. Product Marketing and Business Development Engineer

  High Performance Analog (HPA) is a leading supplier of RF and power management solutions for infrastructure, defense and aerospace, automotive power, and other high-growth markets. HPAs diverse portfolio of differentiated technologies and products supports multi-year market drivers such as electrification, renewable energy, the increasing semiconductor spend in defense and 5G deployments outside of China.

  Summary:

  Fast-growing Power Management division focusing on Motor Control and Battery Management Solutions for a wide range of Industrial and Automotive applications is looking for an experienced Marketing and Business Development Engineer to focus on driving growth in our business. Educating, enabling, and motivating our field sales resources along with direct engagement with our strategic customer base will be a key focus of this role. Primary focus will be on positioning and selling the value of our existing portfolio while gathering customer feedback to shape our future roadmap.

  RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Develop customer growth strategies using Qorvos products and services. The products may consist ofpower management ICs motor controllers and drivers along with battery management solutions.```{=html}

  ```- Drive opportunity funnel management and growth through engagement with our sales and distribution partners WW.

  ```- Generate eye catching headlines to build the Qorvo brand and attract new customers across both industrial and automotive segments.

  ```- Develop business models to derive competitive positioning and value proposition.

  ```{=html}

  ```- Ensure close interaction and coordination with design, manufacturing, quality, test, finance, marketing, and distribution so that we meet customer needs.

  ```- Be the voice of the customer to engineering, product line manager and operations.

  ```{=html}

  ```- Establish pricing models and develop customer specific pricing strategies in coordination with Product Line Managers and Sales that insure revenue and profitable growth.

  ```- Forecast of orders and sales of new and existing Service offering.

  ```{=html}

  ```- Formulates and executes long-term plans to improve revenue growth and margin improvement.

  ```{=html}

  ```- Create MRDs (Market Requirement Documents) and kick-off new product development in advance of roadmap requirements.

  ```{=html}

  ```- Support the new product development business process from initiation through production.

  ```{=html}

  ```- Carry out research to determine customer technical needs and expectations to develop new products or service offerings.

  ```- Collaborate with end customers, Sales, Design Engineering, and Operations to define product requirements.

  QUALIFICATIONS:

  BS Electrical Engineering with 10 or more years of experience.```{=html}

  ```- Experience inMarketing power management, motor control, and battery management products

  ```{=html}

  ```- Experience with embedded systems, firmware, tools, and overall product ecosystems

  ```{=html}

  ```- Demonstrated successful execution of customer growth that delivered measurable business results.

  ```{=html}

  ```- Ability to share and teach internal and external customers on the technology tradeoffs.

  ```{=html}

  ```- Proven ability to influence and drive internal and external customers and cross-functional teams. Both direct and indirect leadership skills.

  ```{=html}

  ```- Excellent communication, meeting facilitation and presentation skills.

  ```{=html}

  ```- Experience with outbound marketing and content generation strategies.

  ```{=html}

  ```- Good analytical and business skills.

  ```{=html}

  ```- Able to travel internationally to support customers and collect market information.

  ```{=html}

  ```- High level understanding of ower managementfrom the system design level to the various components which make up the system is helpful.

  ```- Database and data analysis experience is helpful.

  ```{=html}

  ```- Ability to read and understand customer specifications and requirements and connect the dots to Qorvos current and future value proposition.
