　　Fire TVのプロダクトマネジメントのポジションです。Fire TVはストリーミングを大画面で簡単にお楽しみいただけるデバイスです。Amazon自社ブランド製品の成長戦略、事業企画、需要創出、販売施策に責任を持ち、国内外のステークホルダーを巻き込みながら、事業を推進します。

　　Amazon Devices is looking for a customer-obsessed, analytical Senior Product Manager to drive our growing Fire TV business. In this role, you will own a product category and be responsible for growth strategy, business planning, demand generation, sales and promotion. You will work with various stakeholders covering business, support, and tech across both Fire TV and broader Amazon organization. Our ideal candidate will have experience in business planning, sales & marketing, and a demonstrated ability to execute to deliver results. You must be comfortable working at both strategic and tactical levels.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　●成長戦略・事業計画の策定：市場領域動向分析、顧客ニーズ把握、財務分析などの各種データをふまえ、中長期・短期の事業企画、予算策定を行います。

　　●需要創出施策・各種プロモーションを通じた事業の推進：オンライン・オフラインでのセールス＆マーケティング施策、販売促進プランを企画・実行し、ビジネスゴール達成します。

　　●プロジェクトやイニシアチブへの参画・リード：ビジネスにとって重要なプロジェクトを組成、あるいはメンバーとして参加し、グローバルチームに影響を与え、実績を残します。

　　●Business Planning: Product category analysis, Customer needs understanding, Financial analysis, and Short/Mid term business planning.

　　●Business Execution: Working with team and stakeholders to influence global team, deliver on planned business goals.

　　●Projects and Initiatives: Organize business critical projects, lead / participate as key member to drive important initiatives.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

　　Bachelor's degree or equivalent

　　Experience with end to end product delivery

　　Experience as a product manager or owner

　　Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

　　Native level in Japanese and Business level in English

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Master's degree or equivalent

　　Experience in online or digital advertising

　　Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology

　　Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
