  Digital Government GIU is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Principal Integrations Developer / Architect with expertise in Oracle SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS products, specifically focusing on Oracle Integrations Cloud. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting, developing, implementing, and supporting efficient and scalable integration solutions using Oracle technologies. Your in-depth knowledge of Oracle PaaS offerings, OCI, and your proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud will be instrumental in driving successful integration platforms for Digital Government customers. We are looking for a person who lives and breathes integration space and who possesses 10-plus years of strong analytical, technical & interpersonal skills applied to the development and support of the Integration Cloud projects.   Responsibilities:

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design integration solutions using Oracle SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS products, with a specific focus on Oracle Integrations Cloud.

  Have good experience in design and hands-on delivery on Oracle Integration Cloud or other middleware technologies

  Develop and implement integration solutions, demonstrating Oracle Integration Cloud's capabilities, to seamlessly connect various systems, applications, and data sources, and support complex integration scenarios including integrations with on-premise as well as SaaS applications

  Apply best integration practices and concepts (including common patterns and frameworks) to solution design and implementation

  Ability to Lead a team of integration specialists and guide and mentor the team

  Collaborate with partners, including clients and internal teams, to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver successful integration projects.

  Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Oracle technologies, particularly Oracle Integrations Cloud, and provide recommendations for process improvements and innovative solutions.

  Document integration designs, configurations, and fixing guides for future reference and sharing

  Requirements:

  Bachelor's or equivalent experience or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  Extensive experience (10+ years) working with Oracle SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS products, with a specialization in Oracle Integrations Cloud.

  Strong understanding of integration concepts, protocols (SOAP, REST), and technologies (XML, JSON).

  A minimum of 3 to 4 years hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud

  Proficiency in designing, developing, and troubleshooting integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud.

  Working experience in Java/J2EE technologies

  Proven track record of successfully delivering integration projects using Oracle technologies.

  Solid understanding of cloud computing principles and experience working with cloud-based platforms.

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve integration issues effectively.

  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Oracle Integration Cloud certification or other relevant Oracle certifications.

  Experience with Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

  Experience with other Oracle cloud products such as Oracle Database Cloud, Oracle Analytics Cloud, or Oracle Integration Analytics.

  Familiarity with other integration platforms or middleware technologies.

  Responsibilities

  As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. Define specifications for significant new projects and specify, design and develop software according to those specifications. You will perform professional software development tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.

  Hiring Range: from $96,800 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

  Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

  Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  11 paid holidays

  Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
