　　Job description:

　　* remote but Some On Site required to Richmond VA; must pick up laptop in person; mileage/expense will be paid for onsite visits

　　ABOUT THE ROLE:

　　10 + years of Experience in PowerBuilder, Design and Development experience using Agile Software Development.

　　Knowledge on TAX-Integrated Revenue Management System (IRMS) - highly desired

　　Self-motivated and ability to work well in a team.

　　Interact with a multi-disciplined team to clarify analyze, assess requirements-

　　Work independently and collaboratively on a multi-disciplined project team in an Agile development environment.

　　Contribute to detailed design and architectural discussions as well as customer requirements sessions to support the implementation PowerBuilder Applications

　　Required Skills:

　　Hands-on experience developing PowerBuilder 3-tier applications using PowerBuilder 11.5 or higher 10 Years

　　Hands-on experience using Relational Databases, such as Oracle 19C or higher or MySQL or similar. 10 Years

　　Expert knowledge on API integration and creating Web service calls in PowerBuilder 5 Years

　　Experience using software project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps 5 Years

　　Independently performs a variety of complicated software development tasks using PowerBuilder. 10 Years

　　Design and develop clear and maintainable code. 10 Years

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills. 10 Years

　　Highly Desired Skills:

　　TAX IRMS - Advantage Revenue Application knowledge 1 Months
