Job Description:
Key Responsibility
Define GCA Portfolio strategy and implementation plan
Lead the strategy making of GCA portfolio strategy, make 5 years Portfolio roadmap to shift the product mix
Identify portfolio gap in GCA, and make plan with business case and implementation plan
Lead cross functional team project to nail down short term and long term “To do list” and work as area leader to track the implementation of each project phase.
Portfolio growth, geographic expansion and commercialization
Drive top growth vectors to drive product mix change and contribute on growth revenue and profit
Lead cross function for product readiness effort: including, registration plan, key Market access activities, product commercialization content and tools
Portfolio life cycle management, rationalize the portfolio to drive sustainable and profitable growth
Provide continuous support and guidance to regions on training and education related to new product introductions.
Provide feedback on Region / Country needs for successful launches and sales plan attainment.
Portfolio strategy and tactics for central procurement
As key contributor and decision maker of the company for central procurement projects, including VBP, sunshine platform and other initiatives.
Define portfolio strategy to maximize company revenue and manage impact properly by working with management and cross functional team.
Leadership on making strategy in both short term and long term, leverage global and area resource to identify proposal and make decision portfolio readiness and monitor the execution.
Area Pricing management
Pricing strategies and operational management of pricing.
Own the governance and rhythm, including optimizing commercial processes.
Approve price deviation requests.
Candidate Qualifications
ICU domain expertise in MNC, rich knowledge about vascular access/catheter, tube securement application and business development.
Experience on area/local portfolio strategy and projects with cross functions.
Proven capability of portfolio management, e.g.: NPI & commercialization, product/portfolio phase in/out
Participation in central procurement, e.g. VBP, sunshine platform strategies and tactics implementation.
Competency of leading area (GCA) level program design and implementation
Experience of handling communication with global and subsidiaries for strategy making and operational dialogue
Strategic pricing management skill set and project implementation experience.
Ability to translate a global portfolio strategy into area adapted tactics including prioritization of regions and segments.
Fluent English & Chinese (Mandarin) speaking & writing.
