  What you'll do here:

  Milady is seeking a dynamic and driven Sr. Performance Marketing Manager to specifically own marketing of an Advanced Education initiative. You will be developing and implementing campaigns to optimize marketing performance, efficiently acquire leads and customers, and drive revenue. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including display, social, PPC, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Work with internal and external resources (e.g., agency) to develop and implement comprehensive performance-based marketing campaigns to drive lead and customer acquisition, and revenue growth

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align all performance marketing efforts with program goals, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across channels

  Research and create compelling offers, optimize and A/B test landing pages to reach lead generation targets

  Own and maintain CDP integrations (sources and destinations). Leverage CDP to develop an effective nurturing program, inform Enrollment Team on most qualified leads, and encourage on-time completion of courses

  Ensure consistent measurement of all relevant metrics within every channel/list, creative, and offer

  Monitor and analyze key metrics, such as conversion rates, acquisition costs, ROAS, as well as channel-specific metrics, including multi-channel interaction, and make data-driven decisions. Regularly present result to the Leadership Team

  Analyze customer insights and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and continuous improvement

  Skills you will need here:

  7+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing

  A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience

  Expertise in customer journey mapping, segmentation, and targeting strategies, including optimizing display/social/PPC campaigns

  Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex analyses clearly and concisely

  An entrepreneurial demeanor with a bias towards action

  Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams and departments

  Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering great customer experiences

  A forward-thinking approach that balances current priorities with scalable strategies for future growth

  Base Pay Range

  The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

  $73,400.00 - $117,400.00 USD
