JOB DESCRIPTIONManage the Key Account selling organization for the trade channel. You will hire, manage and retain top talent salespeople and develop a double-digit growth culture in support of organizational strategies and financial goals. Your team member's responsibilities include driving sales of products, systems, and services to a variety of HVAC Distribution customers as well as create demand via interactions in additional channels. Your team will be responsible for managing the promotional efforts, customer sales activities to support Resideo, internal regional sales strategies and alignment, inventory levels, new product development adoption, monthly forecasts, competitive share analysis, and executive relationships for our top HVAC Distribution partners. The customer channel will be focused on the HVAC Distribution Channel. You will collaborate with management to develop sales budgets and selling plans for your team.Client satisfaction is key priority for you and your team. The expectation is you will lead the team in developing customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, training, seminars, joint sales calls etc. You will coach the team to provide education of Resideo products through technical presentations. You will manage, maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system and manage the same for your team members.You will gather and analyze competitive intelligence and market trends and create insights that will inform our product development process and our forecasting process. You will work with management and engage in the Integrated Business Planning process to assure accurate forecasts.You will manage your team to strategically align sellers and customer accounts. Drive business growth by attending client and customer events with team members to help provide coaching and training. Deliver value by leading your team's strategic activities. Build on your and the team's knowledge of Resideo products in a team-based culture focused on innovation and customer satisfaction.You will identify and generate sales opportunities and work to close new customers and business on a daily basis. Actual compensation is influenced by various factors, including, but not limited to, skills, experience, the specific office location, and pay differences based on the local labor market. The expected base salary range for this role is $159,441 - $265,735.INCENTIVE ELIGIBILITY:You are eligible to participate in a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP). This incentive is considered variable incentive pay. You can earn an annual sales incentive which is expressed as a percentage (25%) of your annual salary. This amount will be prorated based on your hire date. Attaining your sales targets will allow you to achieve 100% of your variable incentive pay.
