BCMC is looking for experienced Sr. Organization Change Management (OCM) Consultant with experience in ServiceNow platform to support the DoD Customers' governance. Support the integration and sustainment of the Full Operating Capability (FOC) of the ServiceNow service management platform as well as build, deliver and manage for DISA and other Clients.
This is a Remote Work.
Qualification:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Organizational Management, or related field
Years of Experience: 8+ years’ experience in Organizational Change Management governance and process engineering. Must have experience with ServiceNow Platform
Clearance: Must be a US Citizen/eligible for SECRET clearance. Candidate with active security clearance is desired.
Strong change impact analysis and experience developing strategy and communication plans.
Experience facilitating and leading activities for organizational initiatives.
Experience with the Change Management Lifecycle experience.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
Must have a understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
Develop an OCM strategy and roadmap for new initiatives to support adoption of IT initiatives
Drive successful transitions by planning, developing, executing, and leading change management strategies around complex client business initiatives by utilizing proven change management methodologies and techniques.
Function as an ambassador, understanding cultural sensitivities and ways of working to deliver content to strengthen employee understanding, build awareness, and commitment from all stakeholders.
Manage Science and Engineering programs and project deliverables, and organizational transformation change initiatives, across a client organization and ensure timely completion within budget.
Conduct organizational needs assessments and stakeholder analyses, document business processes and systems, and facilitate the transformation from desired state.
Utilize proven analytical tools for readiness assessments, focus groups, impact assessments, risk assessments, performance metrics and balanced scorecards.
Design and deliver communications and stakeholder engagement plans, including the identification and definition of methods and channels to drive the correct behavioral and organizational changes.
