GENERAL PURPOSE
Responsible for auditing direct projects for accurate paperwork, Contract, pricing, and order setup. Assists Deferred Invoicing team and AR team with determining with identifying disputes and resolving disputes including initiating credits and debits as needed. Identify and participates in initiatives to become more effective and efficient with our systems and processes. Support the work of Invoicing & AR Teams and provide guidance as required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSIdentify process improvements that assist in auditing projects in timely and accurate manner.Participate in the communication and follow up to dealerships.Provide guidance and training to other team members as necessary.Provide support in answering questions about contract terms.Support Credit Card ProcessingSupport the work of AR & Invoicing, and manage basic portfolio as required.Assist AR teams in identifying and resolving disputed balances.Initiate credit and debit memos as needed.Identify orders with pricing variances prior to invoicing.Complete Line Item audits of orders with pricing variances as neededSupport Training of dealers with Direct Business ProcessesWork with internal business partners to resolve order processing issues that prevent or delay order acknowledgements.Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Accounting /Finance or equivalent experience demonstrating proficiency2-4 years of experience of professional accounting/finance experienceAdvanced Excel SkillsProficient understanding of Order to Cash system.Ability to read and compare terms of a deal/contract.Advanced Experience with reviewing and auditing customer purchase orders.Proficient knowledge of and experience with accounting principles, concepts, and theories.SKILLS AND ABILITIESAbility to successfully complete assignments that are broader in nature, usually requiring an advanced understanding of and extensive experience in customer account management fundamentals.Proficient communication skillsAbility to apply logic in solving problems non-routine in nature.
