　　Position SummaryThe CVS Specialty Clinical Innovation Group defines, develops, and implements pilots and programs to create a differentiated experience for patients, improve advance clinical care, and manage overall costs. We are a world class organization and this role is a leading contributor to manage the development of specialty solutions and new business opportunities. The primary responsibilities of this role includes design, testing, and evaluating current clinical projects such as RA Care and future clinical projects. Required Qualifications

　　Critical thinking with ability to manage and construct complex models to meet business case requirements with superior analytical skills and problem solving skills

　　Strong diagnostic capabilities; ability to work with pharmacy teams to identify key areas for opportunity within a short period of time

　　Experience with multitasking, prioritizing work, and effective communication in a manner that is clear, logical and consistent

　　Knowledge of pharmacy workflow, training, metrics and reporting

　　High energy and works with sense of urgency to deliver results

　　Highest level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed to meet deadlines

　　Deep understanding of specialty pharmacy

　　Ability to plan, monitor and deliver project results

　　Strong business acumen, credibility with colleagues and communication skills required to represent requirements to cross-functional teams and partner with stakeholders

　　Pay Range

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$75,400.00 - $162,700.00

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
