You'll be responsible for refining our product vision, mission, and strategy. You'll lead your team, and collaborate with our engineering, UX, content, economists, and other stakeholders to continuously deliver more value for our employees. The base pay for this position ranges from $158,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
