　　Amazon WW RR&S is comprised of business, product, operational, program, software engineering and data teams that manage the life of a returned or damaged product from a customer to the warehouse and on to its next best use. 　　We are looking for a Senior Manager dedicated to leading our US Returns Transportation program through the implementation of large and medium scale projects and programs within the Returns ecosystem. This will be achieved through the development and implementation of a scalable retail and transportation network that represents the best customer experience available. This role will also own operational excellence and ongoing business performance. Competitive applicants will have a background in retail, transportation, program management, vendor negotiations, and analytical experience.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　The team is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Program Management to:

　　Lead a team of program and product managers

　　Build and improve PMO Processes so that we are able to reduce our time to market to launch new capabilities for our customers globally.

　　Build automation and self-service tools to enable external teams to innovate in the Returns space and operate at scale.

　　Create and report progress on key metrics with stakeholders.

　　Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $225,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
