  Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) is looking for an experienced, innovative, and creative Sr. Manager, Product Management to execute on ATS's Autonomous Vehicles (AVs) product strategy, product vision, and roadmap. Come join our start-up culture, work fast and smart, while adapting and iterating quickly.This role is inherently cross-functional - you will work closely with Business Development, Operations, Legal, Public Policy, Finance, Tech Teams, Network Planning, and Executive Leadership to bring AV products to market. This job will require exceptional communication skills and having the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment with all levels of leadership, and exercise sound judgment where clear guidelines may not exist.The ideal candidate must have a high degree of autonomy with the ability to navigate ambiguous problems, develop solutions, and drive AV products forward with minimal guidance. This individual must be able to think strategically and will be proficient at influencing cross-functionally and deliver strong results. This individual must have the ability to dive deep in understanding the product and the competitive landscape and build best-in-class scalable products.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Bellevue, WA, USA | Nashville, TN, USA | Tempe, AZ, USA- 6+ years of team management experience- Bachelor's degree- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition- 12+ years of end to end product delivery experience.- Experience communicating with VP-level decision makers- Experience communicating expectations and requirements with business and technology teams through written proposals- Develop product strategy aligning with roadmap including defining market opportunity, competitive landscape, and product KPI's- 25+% travel is required for this position.- Master's degree or equivalent.- 5+ years experience with AV product strategy.- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across executives.- Passion for building products at scale with a focus on customer experience.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and deliver strong results.- Demonstrated ability in benchmarking and assessing competitive landscape.- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and overcome challenges with a high degree of flexibility and professionalism.- Experience with NHTSA FMVSS.- Experience with ISO 26262 and ISO 21448 or similar industry standards.- Familiarity with FMCSRs.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $142,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $265,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
