Bring your can-do-mentality and seize this outstanding opportunity to engage with colleagues across People, Places & Culture (HR) and our different business areas!
Core Responsibilities
As part of our new blueprint for HR, we have introduced a framework which focuses on three pillars: product management, communities of excellence and flexible business partnering.
The flexible partnering pillar is about bringing together People Partners (HR Business Partners) from different functional areas that can be deployed based on business need with great speed and focus. This with a sprint-based approach and the aim to mobilize partners across to the most critical and strategic activities when needed. In other words, this is about embedding additional flexibility and fluidity in how we operate and deliver value through business partnering.

Partner within the Global People Partner Project (known as G3P – The Flexible Partner Model) core team delivering on critical, global, strategic projects and activities across Communities of Excellence and Executive Leadership Team areas - fueled by a steadfast focus on value creation, impact, and contribution
Lead on complex priorities requiring strategic outlook and senior team leadership engagement
Act as a change agent committed to continue scaling and refining the operating model with a test and learn approach
Engage yourself as a proactive member of the team - succeeding through tight-knit teamwork, mutual trust, shared accountability, and a can-do-mindset
