Are you the change agent who can contribute positively, as we together impact the future of the Global HR organization of the LEGO Group?

Bring your can-do-mentality and seize this outstanding opportunity to engage with colleagues across People, Places & Culture (HR) and our different business areas!

  Core Responsibilities

As part of our new blueprint for HR, we have introduced a framework which focuses on three pillars: product management, communities of excellence and flexible business partnering.

The flexible partnering pillar is about bringing together People Partners (HR Business Partners) from different functional areas that can be deployed based on business need with great speed and focus. This with a sprint-based approach and the aim to mobilize partners across to the most critical and strategic activities when needed. In other words, this is about embedding additional flexibility and fluidity in how we operate and deliver value through business partnering.

You will make a clear contribution to bring our refined operating model to life, as you:

Partner within the Global People Partner Project (known as G3P – The Flexible Partner Model) core team delivering on critical, global, strategic projects and activities across Communities of Excellence and Executive Leadership Team areas - fueled by a steadfast focus on value creation, impact, and contribution

Lead on complex priorities requiring strategic outlook and senior team leadership engagement

Act as a change agent committed to continue scaling and refining the operating model with a test and learn approach

Engage yourself as a proactive member of the team - succeeding through tight-knit teamwork, mutual trust, shared accountability, and a can-do-mindset

Collaborate closely with our partners to mobilize for both Projects and Partner engagement

This role will be located in Billund or London.

Play your part in our team succeeding

The G3P core team consists of four highly dedicated team members, who are active participants in different strategic projects and critical activities across People, Places & Culture. The team also leads and drives the development, orchestration, and integration of the Flexible Partner Model – bringing Projects to Partners and Partners to Projects.

As we are evolving our ways of working to deliver strategic priorities, you can look forward to play an important role in putting our strategy into action and crafting how we scale flexibility across functions to increase learning and impact.

Do you have what it takes?

Versatile HR experience and skillset, ideally with validated HR business partnering experience that enables you to act as a true People Partner role model living out our values; Brave, Curious and Focused

Proven record of driving organizational impact through deployment of the People agenda

Excellent business understanding and learning agility, enabling you to onboard quickly into a new business area and understand the challenges at hand

Strategic and data-driven problem solving skills - you can identify relevant data and translate these into insights for decision and action

Experience within organizational design, managing organizational change, consulting, project management – experience with agile ways of working and an agile mindset is an advantage

Excellent facilitation, orchestration, and project management skills

Relationship building, networking and teamwork across geographies, functions, and levels
