Position Summary:
The Sr. Manager of Contract Strategy Capital supports the core Surgery business by shaping pricing and contracting strategy with both Robotics Digital and other JJMT Business Units as the capital and JJMT program lead. The Sr. manager will work directly with brand owners of Energy, NeuWave, Monarch, and Ottava to implement current programs across customer landscape and develop new programs, initiatives, and tracking based on capital market, product launches, and core business needs. The Sr. manager will join the US JJMT Capital Committee to learn, share, create best practices in the capital market and advance our capabilities. In addition, the manager will serve as the lead for JJMT programs such as overlay rebates, co-sells, VBAs, and cross-franchise ASC programs. The Sr. manager will own an overlay performance dashboard and govern overlay approvals for the Surgery business. The Sr. manager will also act as contract strategy’s liaison to contract management, ensuring strategies, programs, and tactics are implementable and that compliance can be upheld.
Responsibilities:
Capital program management and creation
Overlay Rebate Program creation, governance, and tracking
JJMT Program development, management, performance
Capital best practice creation with DPS, RAD, Vision, etc.
Contract Mgmt Liaison
Prepare leadership team decks and content
Consult on brand business plans
Support segmentation efforts
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's Degree (preferred areas of study; Finance, marketing, business, economics)
6 years of industry experience (preferred areas; healthcare, capital selling, MedTech)
Ability to analyze diverse data sets, make meaningful connections, and summarize trends
Ability to form strong, trust-based relationships across functions
Strategic mentality, sound business insight, and creative problem solving
Excellent writing and presentations skills
Peer-to-peer influence
Proven capabilities in systems
Preferred:
Capital experience
Pricing or contracting experience
Knowledge of Profit Loss Statement, gross profitability, and U.S. healthcare system landscape
Ability to influence across a highly-matrixed organization
Experience working with sales and marketing teams and Senior Leadership
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 - $207,00
