In this role, you will lead worldwide communications strategies and be the single threaded leader of a central communications team. You will be responsible for maintaining a cohesive worldwide communications strategy and center of excellence for impactful go-to-market content and channels across areas such as delivery partner engagement and support, products, events, safety, and issues management. You will partner closely with country teams to understand and advise on localized strategies. You will also work closely with program, technology, business, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment overall objectives and processes.Key job responsibilities- Work at a strategic level to champion bold and creative ideas, and at a tactical level to ensure execution excellence of plans, that are designed to deliver scalable, efficient solutions based on global frameworks.- Own top-level goals, metrics and strategy for worldwide communications, and ensure teams meet related objectives.- Lead comprehensive communications planning to develop content and campaigns which include channel strategy and measurement at a global scale.- Identify risks, effectively manage issues, and proactively raise prioritization and tradeoff decisions, escalating and identifying alternate options as appropriate.- Earn trust from internal and external partners, and balance competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment.- Derive critical insights by analyzing data, identifying opportunities for improvements, gathering requirements, and prioritizing requests.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Bellevue, WA, USA- 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- 8+ years of team management experience- Experience analyzing data quantitatively and using customer research, data and metrics to back up assumptions, identifying opportunities, and assessing the efficacy of marketing programs- Highly developed technical writing and editing skills- Bachelor's degree in business with focus on journalism, PR, communications, or a related field- MBA, Masters, or advanced degree.- Team player and leader with the ability to influence, work cross functionally, build relationships with key stakeholders, and thrive highly collaborative fast paced environment.- Strong project management skills and experience, including owning end-to-end-solutions, and managing multiple stakeholders and projects at once.- Comfortable with ambiguity, and ability to work independently and autonomously.- Experience working internationally.- strong verbal communication.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $232,400/year in our highest geographic market.
