As part of the US Digital & Tech team, this role reports to the Director, Campaign & MarTech Product Management. This team is responsible for the platforms, processes, data and capabilities that enable US brand Omni-Channel Marketing to both Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Patients/Consumers (DTC) via campaigns to support the Commercial Brand, Medical Affairs and Market Access functions in the US.
The scope of this campaign management function includes omni-channel campaign design, implementation and execution; data management for marketing operations and governance; system and data integrations and process development and optimization to support campaign management functions (including email, SMS, banners and other media channels).This role is responsible to provide the business and the operational teams with subject matter expertise to inform best practice development, implementation and maturation of marketing capabilities for the business.
This is a business role that requires strong data & technical acumen - the operation supports digital marketing, but this is not a traditional marketing role.This business management position with significant vendor team management and contractor management responsibilities and key visibility across the organization, including cross-functional stakeholders with whom they collaborate to successfully deliver business-driving campaigns to market:

Job responsibilities
Supports the Director to ensure operational excellence across GSK MCM programs for all Business Units and Brands, including by managing operations through internal and external teams, building and optimizing on operational processes, tracking operations at an above-brand, above-team perspective.Identifies and drives implementation of best practices to make meaningful improvements in campaign operations:improving quality, driving repeatability and automation; minimizing manual activities, improving speed-to-market, improving campaign performance, assuring campaign performance data availability to drive business decisions.Manages contract workers dedicated to campaign management activities on behalf of GSK, including their work, priorities and performance.Represents the capabilities, features and business priorities to internal GSK stakeholders:business units, brands, marketers, analytics partners, Digital & Tech, etc.Assists with prioritization and project management across projects impacting MCM CampaignsDrives feature requirements for the US MarTech stack, and works closely with Technology teams to implement system feature requests, driving awareness for all technical teams to understand the business objectives and participating in UAT with operations teams.Vendor management - assures that the contracted campaign management and execution vendor has what they need to be successful and are delivering to the business expectationsRelationship owner for day to day vendor management and escalation point for vendor issue resolution. Accountable for managing and enforcing third-party agreements across partners.Defines and manages the third-party data license compliance processesManage documentation of campaign and email tactic digital 'standards' expectations distributed to the businessHelp drive strategy around multichannel and targeted campaignsUnderstands and functions as SME re: the overall integrated campaign data ecosystemAssists with ongoing budgeting, financ al planning, PO requests, invoice approval, change request and other financial / SOW management activities in support of funding CXDI solutions to the brands.

Preferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:Bachelor Degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Project Management, Software Development, related or relevant experienceOperations management, team management and process design and optimization experience, including in-house vs. vendor operations, onshore/offshore models and managing matrixed stakeholdersDigital marketing experience generally, and email campaign execution experience specifically- concepts, platforms and systemsTechnical savvy with understanding of data processing and marketing system integration functions as well as marketing automation, CDP, DAM and web tracking platforms and systems.Project management expertise - the ability to own and drive initiatives forward, including in cases where the path forward is 'grey' and needs to be discovered or definedStrong relationship development and management skills - building 'a community' amongst matrixed stakeholdersAbility to negotiate, manage conflict and internal (business) customer concernsAbility to develop and maintain vendor relationshipsAbility to communicate effectively across stakeholders from technology, marketing and operations, including day-to-day team members and managementExperience working with and managing activities with distributed teams:Physical distribution within the US, across the EU and/or AsiaTime zonesCulturesHigh % of contracted and/or third party team memberPast experience with Pharma (or other highly-regulated) digital marketing strongly preferredExperience with budgeting, SOW and cost management activities preferred
