Together, we won't stop!Job OverviewThe Senior Manager, Business Intelligence is responsible for guiding thebusiness operating rhythms for the sales organization and will lead a team ofChannel Planning and Program Managers and Sales Operations Analysis Managersin support of the SMB, Enterprise, and Government segments in TFB. Thisrole will be involved in the developing and executing segment initiatives onbehalf of our segments based on data insights, participating in thedevelopment of our quarterly game plan (budget) process, managing ourfunnel and forecast processes, and driving operational excellence across theteams. This role requires the creation of business or customer-centricsolutions/approaches driven by data analysis, business acumen,creativity, and effective communication.Job Responsibilities:Create clear goals, structure and measurement rules for the BusinessIntelligence team to streamline processes and increase the workfloweffectiveness and efficiencies of salesLeveraging data insights to help develop our quarterly game plan (budget)process.Driving operational excellence in our selling rhythms and management systemsincluding funnel management, opportunity qualification, deal constructionand forecasting.Leading segment initiatives on behalf of Sales Segment VPs to support strategyand delivery of sales goals.Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify new businessopportunities and/or partnerships. Provide related analyses and optimizationplans.Motivate and focus on people resources, lead the trainings for new hires andprovide knowledge of business solutions/trends

  Education:Bachelor's Degree STEM (Required)Master's/Advanced Degree MBA (Preferred)

  Work Experience:7-10 years Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g.Tableau, PowerBI etc) (Required)7-10 years Experience in advanced analytics including SQL/ETL of complexdatasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research (Required)2-4 years Managing a team of data and analytics professionals (Required)Prior experience managing a sales operating model from providing sales inputsto budget, driving a funnel management and forecast rhythm, executingsales process practices, executing quarterly business reviews, analyzingtrends to predict future outcomes and partnering closely with our VPs ofsales.SFDC proficiencyB2B Experience

  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Expertise in technical tools (DataViz; SQL; automation;report/metric design;algorithms/modeling; cloud native systems for bigdata eg. AWS/GCP/Azure/Snowflake) (Required)Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn findings intoexecutable plans (Required)Strategically minded, contributes to the development of a coherentoverarching strategic vision for the company. Demonstrated ability to workwith ambiguity and be able to determine next steps without specificdirection, as well as to provide that direction to team members (Required)Strong change management skills with the ability to communicate broadly tointernal teams (Required)Expert analytical, problem solving and critical reasoning skills (Required)Extensive experience interacting with and presenting creative work to Srleadership. Must demonstrate executive maturity and leadership skills and beable to clearly lead / guide creative across integrated teams and externalpartners. (Preferred)Leadership capability in recruiting, retaining and developing a dynamic,high performing team (Required)Ability to influence peers, build trust and create strong cross-functionalrelationships across an organization to achieve common goals (Required)
