Senior Level M365 ConsultantFully remote, must be in EST/CSTWill be helping with backlog of legacy migrations, just migrated workday and OKTA, reworking a lot of the infrastructure.Must haves:

　　5+ years' experience in IT minimum

　　3+ years O365 (85+% of the job)

　　Hands on migration experience (SharePoint, email, etc)

　　Lead/Big picture project management experience

　　Driving things forward, communicating with the business, etcExcellent documentation skills

　　Acting as Tier 3 level support - assisting L1/L2; helping with tickets as neededAbility to work independently

　　Strong communication skills

　　Nice to haves:
