CSCP is responsible for strategic sourcing, customer demand forecasting, capacity planning and management, supply chain planning and execution, capacity provisioning, and decommissioning and dispositioning of datacenter assets worldwide.
Within Azure Hardware Systems & Infrastructure, the Spares and Warranty team is responsible for ensuring that the right spare parts, are in the right place, at the right time in support of delivering global capacity requirements.
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager able to develop and execute strategies to deliver Regional Service part Depots and related logistics capabilities (regional warehousing & distribution) at cloud scale in a dynamic, fast paced environment. This position is vital for enabling and empowering process & system change as part of the journey to world-class. The ideal candidate will have proven Supplier Relationship Management experience, previous spares/warranty warehouse management roles, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Serve as a functional expert in logistics, transportation and warehouse management
Enable reverse logistics processes
Program management & analytics
Drive vendor compliance with Microsoft Security standards
Identifies process improvement opportunities and analyzes them for efficiency (waste, complexity, cost), effectiveness (achieves desired outcome), and quality
Responsible for managing continuous improvements and process initiatives
Collaborate with cross functional teams
Qualifications
Required Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, industrial engineering OR
5+ years experience in warehouse and/or supply chain OR
3 years experience in Spares Parts & Warranty
Expertise on spares parts/warranty supply chain warehouse, logistics, inventory management and reverse logistics
Program management and analytics Preferred
MRP system experience and the ability to apply that knowledge to a complex, changing environment
Demonstrated bias for action and ability to drive clarity and eliminate ambiguity
Adept in program management in highly collaborative organizational models
Knowledge of service supply chain industry concepts
Experience with supply chain analytics and modeling techniques
Problem-solving skills with the ability to implement and drive continuous improvement actions to gain efficiencies in a matrix environment
Experience with SAP supply chain modules is desirable
Experience & knowledge in areas of Trade/ Customs and Dangerous Goods/hazardous compliance
Cloud/high tech supply chain experience a plus
