As a Learning Consultant for Leadership Development, you will lead the experience design effort and creation of custom programming supporting the organization. As a senior member of the learning team, you will also play a critical role in shaping and championing the centralized learning function.
Location: Hybrid, downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Responsibilities:Develop, build, and execute corporate-wide leadership development programs, from the c-suite through the individual contributor level.Curate and create learning content in alignment to our Leadership Standards and organizational objectives.Understand the needs of the modern-day learner and apply a creative, innovative blended approach to learning design and development.Leverage and synthesize qualitative and quantitative learning data to build the case for and share out the impact of learning.Demonstrate an internal and external customer-focused mindset.Collaborate with stakeholders in a consultative capacity, fostering meaningful relationships.Employ active listening skills to understand their unique needs, concerns, and objectives, and tailor messaging appropriately.Identify and mitigate challenges and opportunity areas; bring creative solutions and paths forward to overcoming obstacles and cultivate buy-in with the team and stakeholders.Facilitate small-and-large group sessions as well as large-scale classroom sessions.
Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Communication or a related field required.Proven experience of seven or more (7+) years in learning and development, with a specific focus on leadership development and centralized learning function required.Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms required.Proficiency in E-Learning platforms such as Articulate Storyline preferred.

Scope:Primary focus is on daily deliverables, outputs and reporting. Accountable for managing one's own time and workflow and leads projects and/or large project steps. Work is complex in nature requiring the incumbent to draw on previous knowledge to perform role. Acts independently the majority of the time, requiring guidance in only complex situations. Has well established capabilities, acts as a resource to less experienced staff on moderately complex issues.
Decision Impact:Problems and issues faced are vague and require analysis of multiple sources of information for solution. Draws on significant past experience to perform role. Accountable for direct level of reasoning and decision making.
Hybrid Work:Position follows our hybrid work model, with a minimum of two days working in the office and the remaining days working remotely. Reporting location and frequency may be subject to change based on job role and department needs.
Storm Roles:All Non-Union Employees will serve in storm roles as appropriate to their role and skillset.
