If you want to make an impact by helping people live their best life, read more below and apply today!Responsibilities* Develop and implement a "concierge" model for on-boarding new employees, including company orientation and job orientation* Manage performance review process* Review the industry accreditation and compliance regulations to ensure HR practices meet current requirements* Update HR policies & procedures regularly* Support field operations with:* Leave Management* Employee relations/conflict management* Recruiting* Recognition and development programs* Job descriptions* Exit interviews and analysis* Acquisition integration* Other HR initiatives or special projects as assignedQualifications* 5 years HR Generalist or specialist experience, or equivalent combination of education & experience* Working knowledge of HR laws, practices, policies and models* Ability to handle multiple priorities with appropriate level of urgency* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor based on organization level* Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on service to support our branches* Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and excellent working knowledge of HR systems* Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR or related field* Certificate in Human Resources preferred (PHR, SPHR or university certification)About our Line of BusinessBrightSpring Health Services is a leading provider of complementary home and community-based pharmacy and health services for complex populations in need of chronic and/or specialized care.
