　　Provide support for annual plan, monthly forecasts, and performance reporting for Tech & Support

　　Partnering with business to ensure accuracy for spend, headcount, and other key metrics based on operational performance.

　　Support monthly results analysis and generate regular reporting - provide detail explanations for variances, and research open items

　　Update monthly metrics for GTM meetings and scorecard metrics for quarterly executive meetings

　　Leading thoughtful analysis, proactively evaluating key drivers and metrics, and partnering on driving operational efficiencies and performance

　　Collaborating with the accounting team on accruals and other elements of the close process

　　Prepare insightful presentations for senior management to concisely summarize performance targets, forecasting and monitoring key spend areas to assist in optimizing margins and unit economics

　　Assist with and manage ad hoc projects to support senior management and business decisions

　　Work Location:Philippines, Makati City Qualifications:

　　Finance, accounting, or related degree preferred

　　3-5+ years’ experience financial reporting, planning and analysis

　　Demonstrated analytical and systems skills, and self-driven desire to investigate variance issues

　　Experience with corporate computerized budgeting/accounting systems and multi-dimensional database management tools

　　Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and conceptual skills

　　Solid written and verbal communication skills

　　Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

　　Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation

　　Software/tech industry and/or experience supporting R&D teams a plus
