  We’re looking for a top-tier Executive Communications Senior Manager to join Cisco’s Customer Solutions Marketing team. This role drives crucial communications for the company's product marketing organization, and its senior leadership. In this capacity, you will support two Senior Vice Presidents from the Networking Experiences senior leadership team, and their organizations. You will help to assess business priorities and drive the communication plan, including internal and external messaging to drive business results.

  What you'll do

  Create and drive the comprehensive internal and external communications platform and positioning for the Campus Connectivity and Catalyst Engineering SVPs and their teams.

  Work with peers across the Networking Experiences organization to drive unified, cohesive messaging from executive leaders to internal and external audiences.

  Partner with executive-level communications resources across Cisco organizations to coordinate and ensure understanding and message alignment.

  Define and establish best practice systems and processes for optimizing and measuring communication efficacy.

  Facilitate collaborative internal communication by providing advisory services to NX Senior Leadership Team members and program owners (i.e. all-hands meetings, communication of special project and program achievements, organizational changes, executive blogs, Sharepoint sites/landing pages, etc.)

  Research and understand sophisticated technical topics in order to build audience-relevant and compelling messages and programs about the Cisco Networking Experiences Portfolio.

  Own and produce external content and presentations for high-profile stakeholder groups including customers, partners, and industry analysts.

  Who you are

  10+ years of experience creating communications and content for senior executives

  Technology industry experience preferred

  Prior experience working within an agency would be nice to have

  Portfolio of work required during the interview process
