Our financial services client in Livermore is looking for a temp-to-hire Senior Executive Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Providing back up support to the AVP, Administration which includes drafting Minutes of Meetings
Building Board meeting packets and serving as a contact for CEO and Board of Directors
Providing comprehensive calendar management for C-Suite Team
Assembling and analyzing information, presentations, agendas, reports, and other documents
Management of sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Prioritizing inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; uses good judgement and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements
Providing Executive Team members with support on various projects and required reports
Assembling and analyzing information, presentations, agendas, reports, and other documents
Requires a high attention to detail, ability to work independently in a fast paced, project-based environment and provide a high level customer service internally and externally
Three to five years of executive administration support of an increasing responsibility nature for C-Level and other Executives
General business background with financial services experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
