　　Work with customers to fulfill Honeywell obligations in regard to product warranties. You will analyze profitability of warranty product offerings, and develop new offerings based on the needs of the customer. You will research and process claims related to Honeywell products. You will coordinate warranty information and establish warranty policies. You will be accountable for processing warranty verifications, triage, registrations, warranty adjudication and claims in accordance with contractual obligations, and for meeting or exceeding processing turnaround. You will be responsible for the maintenance and administration of the warranty master data set, including product registration, as well as claim requests.

　　MUST HAVE:

　　· High School Diploma

　　· A proficient understanding of principles and best practices in warranty services

　　· An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.

　　· Salesforce.com experience

　　· International customer support experience

　　· Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　· Ability to collaborate with multiple Honeywell entities.

　　· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

　　· Oracle ERP Experience
