Responsibilities:
Lilly USA, LLC seeks a Sr. Director, BI&A IMM Analytics Lead to lead a team in the delivery of commercial analytics projects that will be used to assist marketing teams in making data-driven decisions. Lead a team to translate analytics outcomes into actionable business insights and recommendations. Ensure that business decisions are grounded in objective analytics results. Foster analytics innovation for the business unit and source analytics concepts from the internal data science team, external partners, and other functions in the organization. Serve as a liaison to identify opportunities for further applications of AI use cases that could result in meaningful business impact. Provide end-to-end oversight and responsibility for analytics use cases by partnering with relevant stakeholders within and outside of the team to deliver on project goals. #LI-DNI
Position requires a Master’s degree Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field, and 5 years of experience with analytics including team leadership. In the alternative, employer will accept a PhD in Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field and 2 years of experience with analytics including team leadership. Experience must include a minimum of: 2 years of experience with querying relational data bases using SQL or a statistical programming language; 2 years of experience using common data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI; 2 years of experience with advanced analytics areas of AI/ML, Natural Language Processing, and Predictive Analytics; and 2 years of experience communicating analytics concepts and influencing change with a variety of business stakeholders.
