　　Job Summary

　　This Position Is Responsible For Overseeing The End-To-End Delivery Of Data Components Of Projects, Managing Service To Both Health Tech And Divisional Analytic Teams (Dat).

　　Participate in the scoping and sizing of the data components of large-scale strategic projects (e.g., ROM estimates during Multi-Year Planning, Intake & Demand Management)

　　Core operational and delivery responsibilities

　　Oversee end-to-end delivery of data needs for programs and projects to ensure successful execution and alignment with business needs

　　Manage coordination and communication between business / EPMO IT groups and other data teams throughout delivery

　　Initiate and coordinate project solutioning efforts through business process analysis and business analysis

　　Work with customers (Health Tech and/or DAT) to define SLAs for consumption or domain services and ensure overall delivery of consumption or domain services meet required SLAs

　　Lead the effective and efficient delivery of the data component of large projects (e.g., Quality, Organization and Communications, Staffing and other resource needs, and Risk and Issue Management, coordinating the data components of Epics)

　　Manage project stakeholders and ensure that expectations are being met, communicating status, issues, risks, project goals, objectives, and any other relevant information on a timely basis

　　Serve as a point of escalation for removing road blocks

　　Required Job Qualifications:

　　Bachelor degree and 5 years of experience in Portfolio Delivery Management or relevant experience OR 9 years of experience in Portfolio Delivery Management or relevant experience

　　Knowledge of data processing environments

　　Knowledge of big data and analytical technologies

　　Knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT application technologies and application development platforms and/or languages

　　Experience managing demands from multiple stakeholders while optimizing resources

　　Experience assuring milestone achievement and full delivery of IT and business needs within portfolio

　　Experience executing end to end portfolio delivery across functions

　　Business acumen

　　Oral & written communication skills

　　Program / project management

　　SDLC (systems development life cycle) / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development

　　Preferred Job Qualifications:

　　* Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field
