Key job responsibilities
The Data Analyst will:
• Work with business stakeholders & functional teams fulfilling their data needs and helping them to leverage analytics to improve their domains and act faster and make better decisions;
• Contribute to enhancement of data-driven culture within operations teams by extending data marts, adopting data quality standards and developing actionable dashboards and ad-hoc research projects;
• Proactively come up with initiatives on projects enhancing top-notch data analytics or improving business performance;
• Support management reporting providing them best user experience;
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and data requirements with functional and operations teams and become a part of initiatives with impact on a global-scale.

Basic Qualifications
• Good command of English language (C1/B2);
• Proficiency in Excel;
• Exposure to Python, VBA, SQL, and PowerBI;
• Good numerical reasoning skills;
• Well versed in Data Structure, Visualization and analytical skills;
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, data stewards, and business users; Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities;
• Good analytical and problem-solving attitude;
• Adaptability to changing data requirements and business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in data analysis (+3 years);
• Project Management Certification
• Six Sigma green belt certified
