  _Position Overview_

  CWT isseekingfora Sr. Consultant

  _Position Description_

  · Total ownership of air category for client in an outsourced role- includes optimization and sourcing

  · Provide high degree of subject matter expertise and able to execute complex projects

  · Deliver strong strategic insights and analytical skills to drive projects for client

  · Rather than recommendations, take decisions to achieve program objectives

  · Full vendor management: manage supplier business reviews and supplier performance scorecard

  · Drive awareness of deals internally - manage all air travel related communication

  · Problem solving through analysis of qualitative and quantitative information

  · Strong conceptual thinking skills and ability to identify and implement solutions to drive automation and efficiency

  · Responsible for facilitating implementation of all air contracts with operational counterparts at CWT

  · Personal accountability, commitment, respect, and integrity with peers across CWT and with customer#LI-REMOTE

  · Decision Making…Improve the speed and direction of decisions by clarifying and setting goals, sharing perspectives on reality, identifying options and creating consensus on a way forward (action steps).

  · Financial Analysis…Use analysis technology, methods, processes, and examine financial data to evaluate financial position and clearly communicate expectations and actions to maximize the organization’s financial performance.

  · Graphic Presentation…Demonstrate ability to create compelling, informative, and professional standard graphics using PC and/or internet development tools.

  · Knowledge of Financial Management…Demonstrate knowledge and skill in using such strategy tools as competitor analysis, business/competitive scenarios, market trends, customer profiles, etc.

  · Negotiation…Evaluate terms and conditions, licensing, regulatory requirements, and analyze cost-benefits while negotiating contract and vendor agreements which result in mutually beneficial outcomes.

  · Organization…Demonstrate ability to proactively prioritize needs, put first things first, and effectively manage resources.

  · Planning…Skilled in determining whether tasks should be attempted, identifying the most effective way of completing the task, and preparing how to overcome unexpected difficulties.**

  · Presentation…Demonstrate ability to maximize impact, maintain interest, establish rapport with the audience when conveying information.

  · Project Management…Use tools and processes to identify project goals, set and manage the schedule, anticipate and identify issues, remove obstacles, delineate responsibility, track task completion, and communicate project progress.

  · Time Management…Skilled in focusing on desired results, determining what is important and urgent, clarifying next steps, and delegating effectively to meet deadlines and achieve desired results.

  · Sales Skills…Understand the features, functions, and positioning of his/her product or service and is capable of closing business with customers by helping them recognize the value CWT brings to the enterprise.
