We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Lead Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) focusing on Azure to join our diverse and inclusive Customer Success Unit team!

The Lead CSA has matured a solid experience on Cloud (ideally, on Azure) in complex presales and post-sales engagements, and will leverage deep technical intensity to shape the Azure-based solution architectures of our most Strategic clients.
The Lead CSA will be able to drive and supervise v-teams of Specialist CSAs across different Azure solution areas (Infra, Data, Security, DevSecOps) to help the clients adopt the solution architectures that have been identified.
The Lead Architect:
Has industry focus and understand the short-term and long-term needs of the assigned Clients, identifying and proposing to each of them a set of outcome-based architectural activities;
Design end-to-end architectures on Azure in complex domains, with deep expertise on mission-critical, reliable, resilient cloud infrastructure, hybrid workload deployments across on-prem and cloud, automated deployment pipelines, and Security;
Coach and supervise other CSAs (Specialist CSAs) who will deliver the identified architectural activities for each Client,.
The Lead Architect must possess the profile needed to truly drive and influence the decisions of C-level audience, leading the conversations with the authoritative stance and the consolidated experience of a CTO-level leader on Azure.
The Lead Architect:
Engages customers as a technical and trusted advisor , integrating insights across complex customers to resolve blockers and proactively creating workaround strategies to circumvent complex or escalated technical blockers and unmet customer needs.
Gathers customer technical insights to deliver architectures that account for changing landscapes and key priorities.
Influences long-term technology strategy for Microsoft teams and customers;
Listens, values diverse perspectives, creates and sustains constructive tension and trust by challenging their decisions and/or areas where they might do more;
Builds on matured industry experience to connect customers with ideas, people, and resources to support their success.

Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 10+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
OR equivalent experience.
Hands-on, deeply technical knowledge at Azure.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 15+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 12+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
OR equivalent experience.
8+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
8+ years experience leading technical projects.
Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
