About Sr. Channel Sales

　　在这个岗位上，您将有机会

　　充分理解产品的技术特性，从而协助代理商更好地完成公司交给的销售任务，确定产品推广策略，执行推广行动，例如给代理商销售做产品培训，制定销售工具，协助代理商与医院的销售合作。

　　您的职责是

　　负责渠道的管理与支持，达成公司业绩要求

　　KA医院客户关系的维护

　　负责区域内市场活动的策划与开展负责区域内经销商的管理工作。

　　与经销商保持沟通，定期复核，跟进经销商每个季度的订单。

　　发展二级渠道，增加市场覆盖。

　　您隶属部门的架构和文化

　　该职位是监护产品销售代表，服务于整个销售过程，目的是协助区域代理商完成公司的销售任务。

　　要成功应聘本职位，您应当具备以下技能和经验

　　最好具有医学背景或医疗设备销售经验

　　具有基本的演讲技能，与客户，内部外部的交流技能

　　持续学习能力，和创新性思维。

　　良好的演讲能力，和沟通能力

　　愿意在压力下迎接挑战，独立工作能力

　　大学毕业英文书写能力
