Successful candidates need to demonstrate the ability to create customer-centric solutions/outputs, excellent communication, problem solving and collaboration skills, strong business acumen, and ability to work independently. This position will partner closely with our Sales, Product and Data Engineering teams to manage the design and development of reporting packages and deliver sophisticated analysis to inform business decisions. Presents all business insights and findings in succinct and creative ways using data visualizations for a broad audience, including all levels of leadership, technology, business, and finance.Job Responsibilities:Support the analytic needs of the business by using data from various sources (e.g. call centers, SAP, & Business Objects). Guide data strategy across multiple touch points (e.g. POS tool, surveys, market research).Create holistic dashboards from different data sources for presentations to senior management.Lead the process of driving core insights from available data and create strategies to improve the customer experience & performance. This will include collaborating with product managers for A/B testing & multivariate testing.Early involvement in enterprise projects to define reporting needs & incorporating those needs into the system designProvide analysis for sales representative, supervisor, call center, partner, & financial performancePresent analysis & strategies to senior management in verbal & written forms.Conduct competitive analysis to inform offers & processesEducation:Bachelor's Degree Business, Statistics or similar degree (Required)Work Experience:4-7 years Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g.Business Objects, Cognos, Hyperion, etc.).
