　　Job Overview

　　TE Connectivity's Business Intelligence is responsible to Collect & define Business Requirements and Uses a variety of standard and advanced techniques in the elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management of requirements.

　　Person is accountable for providing detailed analysis about the anomaly of the key Performance Indicators. Building and managing smarter solutions including data models using existing tools for better managing business processes. Data Analytics Engineer that could be part of CI team to drive automation in reporting and streamline information flow.

　　Responsibilities

　　Uses a set of tasks and techniques to work as a liaison among and elicit the needs of stakeholders to define and validate solutions that meet business needs, goals, or objectives. Analyzes and synthesizes information elicited from stakeholders, defines, and manages the plan to deliver requirements, documents and manages requirements throughout the project life cycle.Regularly assemble data from various disparate sources (from multiple analytics suits, platforms, portals, etc.) into consolidated reports and dashboards.Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and produce actionable business insights out of it.Model data to create reporting infrastructure / dashboards with visualization for business process management and data mining and spend their time transforming, testing, deploying, and documenting data.Design Summary, Detail and Dashboard reports and management summaries which present data findings in a professional, concise, and readable format appropriate for content and audience.Solve ad-hoc requirement of Management related to data for critical decision making and prepares for Digitized Standard Automation platform for Data Dashboards for Mid-Long-term goal. Ability to effectively troubleshoot data inaccuracies, identify root causes, and take corrective action.Effectively communicate and translate quantity findings (Story telling with data) inclusive of key insights and actionable recommendations to optimize performance. Ability to quickly understand and navigate in TE digital database architecture and TE digital toolset to define data extraction strategy based on reporting needs.Collaborate with Key stake holders in Governing, tracking, Data Crunching and Analysis,Develop and maintain weekly / monthly global reporting dashboard for Engineering related KPI's, maintain reporting accuracy, participate in data related projects such as system migration, customization projects.

　　What your background should look like:

　　Bachelor's degree in engineering or Mathematics or Statistics or related Technical Discipline8-10 years of data engineering experience in ETL design, development, optimization & testing using, Python, SQL scripts, SSIS, Alteryx preferably from commercial domain.8-10 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence and in configuring, designing, building visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and other BI tools (Tableau Prep, Tableau Dashboard, Tableau Server, Business Objects, Power BI, etc.)Good exposure to Denodo, Sales force, SAP, MS Excel, and MS project equivalent software's to ensure usage of these ERPs as data sources.Expertise in Advanced MS ExcelThorough knowledge of general engineering and business excellent tools - LEAN or 6-sigmaStrong problem-solving capabilities. Results oriented. Relies on fact-based logic for decision making based on business acumen.Model data to create reporting infrastructure/dashboards for business process management and data mining.Detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills to meet a critical deadline.Self-motivated, ability to prioritize work and multi-task across many assignments in a fast-paced work environment and works with less supervision.Values that need to be demonstrated: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation mindset.
