The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst ensures the integrity, consistency and scalability of CDW's Integrated tech reporting and provides insightful analysis to support executive leadership's decision making. This role designs and develops reporting, analyzes business processes, and aligns projects with the executive strategy. The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst aligns all tactical and strategic priorities with Integrated Tech leadership initiatives.

　　Key Areas of Responsibility Design actionable reporting tools that enable Integrated tech leaders to make data driven decisions Produce sound analysis from large data sets and provide recommendations to Integrated tech leadership to drive tactical and strategic objectives and partnership decisions Communicate analysis and key findings to leaders clearly, concisely and timely Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify, prioritize and validate project requirements and business objectives Be a change management champion Balance multiple projects with the ability to prioritize based on business needs Serve as a conduit/broker for cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing Conduct a variety of ad-hoc analysis based on business needs Conduct impact analysis as needed for logic changes implemented in reporting tools Establish and maintain data governance processes and strategies to minimize data integrity and business risk Report data using SQL and Power BI in an Enterprise Data Warehouse environment Evaluate ways to improve processes to streamline data delivery and implement innovative process improvement changes Provide thought leadership on ways to improve or reduce friction in data-heavy processes and automation Act as a liaison between the business and IT on all technical Integrated Tech projects Deliver content using innovative tools Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent in experience 5+ years analyst experience with sales analysis, financial analysis, econometrics, or statistics Microsoft Power Platform experience, including Power BI experience, and Power Apps or Power Automate experience SQL Server Management experience Excellent analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze large volumes of raw data, draw conclusions, and develops actionable recommendations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience effectively presenting to executives (examples of written communication to be provided) Strong editorial skills with acute attention to detail (will be tested) Strong process improvement skills History of balancing multiple time-sensitive priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines Proven ability to build and maintain strong cross functional relationships Self-starter with ability to work independently Project management experience Expert-level Excel skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Project-
