　　Job Title: IT Business Analyst - SAP PP, MM , WM and QM.

　　Position Summary:

　　This is a client-facing strategic role with a solid grasp of the overall Planning process concerning demand formation and forecast from Sales orders and have in-depth knowledge of Integrations with central planning systems and understand Constrained vs Unconstrained planning.

　　This role is for requirements analysis, configuration, testing, problem and incident analysis, and resolution. The position will require complete business engagement with Planning, Procurement, MFG, and QM team members to handle requests, and queries with the ability to guide customers to a uniform solution and/or process.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Requirement gathering of new initiatives and business needs and documenting as-is business processes accordingly.

　　Studying the Business Process (AS-IS) and, Mapping (TO-BE) Business process.

　　Participate and own the Implementation of Demand Planning, Supply Planning - MRP, MPS, Production planning, SAP Materials Management within projects and enhancements interacting with Procurement, Planning MFG, and QM team members to ensure robust requirement collection and documentation.

　　Expertise in understanding the current configuration, participate in ITC, UAT and documentation of SOP’s and test scenario’s.

　　Should have experience in at least 2 End-to-End SAP Implementations and / or worked in a large support team structure with good understanding of Enhancements, Incidents, and resolution SLA’s.

　　Strong integration knowledge between Demand Planning, Supply Planning - MRP, MPS, Production planning, SAP Materials Management with Sales and Distribution, Warehouse management, QM modules to facilitate end to end discussions with customers on solutions.

　　Must be proficient in handling Issues/support and be well versed with Industry tools like Remedy, Service Now.

　　Good hands on in creating project documentation, Training material and Unit acceptance Testing scenario’s.

　　Excellent, Time Management, Problem Solving and Analytical Skills.

　　Requirements/Qualifications:

　　Demonstrable ability to handle Projects as a lead tying Business requirements to solutions and driving the projects from inception to release is desired.

　　SAP PP, MM, WM, QM, SD experience of a minimum 8 years which should include implementation, support, design, training and configuration.

　　Hands-on experience in Design & Configuration and support on SAP MRP and MPS with experience of understanding Master data dependencies for planning.

　　Must have experience of SAP MRP in ECC6 and/or SAP 4.7 with experience of understanding the end-to-end flow from Demand planning to procurement and manufacturing.

　　Must have experience with a major ERP platform such as SAP with a solid grasp of the Planning process end to end with the ability to identify current gaps vs future needs.

　　Experience in regional user coordination, and working with Global IT teams on initiatives impacting the region is required.

　　Experience having worked in environments where SAP integrates with MES Systems for production execution, Oracle Agile and/or PDH for Item creation, Web Methods / OFM middleware.

　　Good experience in component testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing.

　　Must have experience of working with Global and Regional IT teams in solutioning, Fit-Gap analysis and testing solutions.

　　Positive demeanor towards problem-solving and working in teams.

　　Experience in maintaining, and handling global templates.

　　Excellent Written as well as Oral Communication Skills

　　English speaking is a must.
