Position Summary: Provides leadership and direction for department. Manages department operations, team members and cost center. Responsibilities include staffing, planning, implementing, and evaluating department activities in accordance with the mission and vision of Park Nicollet Institute and Park Nicollet Health Services. The Metro Minnesota Community Oncology Research Consortium (MMCORC) is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Institute Registered Nurse Program Manager to join our team. Work Schedule: M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm Required Qualifications: Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: BA, BS, AD, in Nursing Five or more years of experience as an RN Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: Current RN licensure in the state of Minnesota Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proven management skills with the ability to lead, prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines and budget parameters. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, computers, Internet, printers, telephone, fax, scan and copy machines. Preferred Qualifications: Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: Master's Degree Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: Certification Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) preferred for IDC Patient Services position. Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or other applicable certification preferred for IDC Research position. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent communication skills. Ability to mentor, challenge and motivate others. Ability to embrace change and demonstrate resiliency. Thinks broadly, identifying and understanding implications to the entire organization Effective conflict management skills Ability to manage multiple initiatives at once Knowledge of health care is desirable.
